EXTRACT OF KINUTFS OF REGULAR iMETING
OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYKOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regul,ir mestjng of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on July 10, 1967, at the Village
Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55, commencing at 7.30 o'clock P.M. The
following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley,
Hagen and Hunt. The following members were absent: None.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION N0. 67-102"
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH
HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR A LAKE IMPROTMENT GRANT
WHERLAS, the Board of Commissioners of Henaepin County has established
a policy to participate in the cost of lake improvement projects undertaken by
Hennepin County Municipalities; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioner* of Hennepin County has by Resolution
dated Kay 29, 1967, approved the application for such lake improvement funds
by Plymouth Village and allocated funds in the amount of 37,485.00 for lake
improvement projects on Medicine Lake wit}.in Plymouth Village.
NOW Tom, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Village Council approve* the cooperative agreement between
Hennepin County and the Village of Plymouth for the receipt of said
lake improvement funds.
2. That said Village's Mayor and Clerk -Administrator are hereby authorised
to execute said agreement on the behalf of the Village of Plymouth.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Duntlay and upon vote being
taken thereon tte following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, tht undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby ocrtify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said village held July 10, 1967, with the original
thereof anfilein my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to the agreement with Hennepin County
for Lake Improvement Fund grant.
