RESOLUTION N0. 67-101
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of July,
1967
1967, The following members were present: kayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: None.

Mayor Staples intwoduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
OF PLYkOUTH PLAZA 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Plymoutiu Village Planning Commission held a Public Hearing
to consider the proposed plat of Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition and recommended
approval of said plat; and
WHERAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of said plat
after due consideration and study,
NOW, TAMEFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TIM VILLAGE OF PLYKOUI'H:
1. That the final plat of Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition as submitted by
Ketro Plymouth Corporation and herewith described be approved:
Outlot 4, Plymouth Plaza 3rd Addition, according to the plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and
for Hennepin County, and the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
13, Township 118, Range 22, except that part thereof embraced in
Plymouth Plaza. 2nd. Addition and Plymouth Plaza 3rd Addition, and that
part of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township
118, Range 22, lying Fast of Plymouth Plaza Addition and Plymouth
Plasa`2nd Addition and lying Southerly of the Southerly line of County
Road No. 9, as the same is now laid out and travelled across said
Northeast 1/4, Excepting therefrom the following described tracts of
land:. 1. Commencing at the Northeast corner. of Lot 1, block 1,
Plymouth Plass Addition; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of
County Road No. 9, a distance of 269.01 feet; thence at a right angle
South a distance of 7 feet to the actual point of beginning of the
tract of land to be described; thence continuing South along last
described course a distance of 103 feet; thence Southerly along a
tangential curve to the left, with a radius of 834.3 feet, a distance
of 97.23 fest; thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of
County Road No. 9, a distance of 194.34 feet; thence at a right angle
North a distance of 200 feet to a point 7 feet South of the Southerly
line of County Road No. 9; thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly
line of County Road No. 9, a distance of 200 feet to the actual point
of beginning. 2. Beginning at the .point of intersection of the South
line of County Road No. 9 and the East line of said Section 13; thence
West along the South line of County Road No. 9 to a point 225 feet,
measured at right angles from the East line of said Section 13; thence
South 250 feet; thence East parallel with the North line of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4.of said Section 13 to the ]asst line
of said Section 13; thence North along said East line to the point of
beginning. 3.. .Beginning at a point in the South line of County Road
No.;;�,, 225 feet West as measured at right angles from the East line of
said Section 13; thence South 250 feet; thence nest parallel with the
North line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 13
a distance of 87.5 feet,* thence North parallel with the East line of
said'Sectimn 13 to the Southerly 44P -of County Road No. 9; thence

East along the Southerly line of County Road No. 9 to the point of
beginning. 4. Ths'Emst 272.25 feet of the North 160 feet of the
South 809 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of ■aid
Section 13.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconr'.ed
by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being talon thereon, the following voted
in favor thereofs Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Vunt;
and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village hold July 10, 1967, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the mase is s full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the
same relates to approval of the final plat of Pjymouth Plasa 4th Addition.
