RESOLUTION NO. 67-100
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
• Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of July,
1967. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Duntley, Hagen and Runt; and the following members were absent: None.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
dHEREAS, Stanley Allen has requested a subdivision waiver on Parcel 4520,
Section 29,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLA{3EE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requiremr:+s of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous P.eaords, Page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet inwidth are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
(1) The North 118 feet of the South 418 feet of the West 330 feet of
the aoutavest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 29, Township
ilb, Ran" 22, subject to an easement for road purposes over the West
33 feet thereof.
(2) The North 110 feet of the South 528 feet of the West 330 feet of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 29, Township
118, Range 22, subject to an easement for road purposes over the Went
33 feet thereof.
(3) The North 175 feet of the South 703 feet of the West 330 feet of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 29, Township 118,
Range 22, subject to an easement for road purposes over the West 33
feet thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
. favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Runt; and
tae following voted against: None.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Counci of the Village
of Plymouth held July 10, 1967, and the mems is a full, true an- complete resolution
insofar as the same relates to the subdivision waiver for Stanley Allen.

Village this 3rd day of August, 1967.
