RESOLUTION 67-99
Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of July,
1967• The following members were present: FAyor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: None.

kayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Lots 12 and ,,".1, Block 3, Elmhurst Gardins, were consolidated in
1966 for reason that 25th Avenue North was not extended to serve Lot 21, and
WHEREAS, 25th AVenue !forth is now being extended and improved and Gerald
Smith, owner of Lots 12 and 21, had requested their division,
NOW, TMMSF tE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAIN; OF PLMOtTrH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Boot 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, Page 497, Register of Deeds, Hssnepis County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of lands leu than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
(a) Lot 12, Block 3, Elmhurst Gardens.
(b) Lot 21, Block 3, Elmhurst Gardens.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilman O'Follon, Dantley, Hagos: and Han%; and
the following voted againsts None.
Whereupon, rho motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village
of Plymouth hold July 10, 1967, and the saw is a full, true and complete resolution
insofar as the same relates to the subdivision waiver for Gerald Smith.

Village of Plymouth this 3rd day of August, 1967.
