Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, Clinton 0onyea has requested a subdivision waiver for Lot 2, Block 1, Hidden Lake Addition, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, Page 497, Resister of Biedl, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the ;allowing described lands: Parcel (a) Lot 2, Block 1, Hidden Lake Addition, except that part thereof lying Northeasterly of a line described as follows: Commencing at the Dost Southerly corner of said lot; thence Northeasterly 104.37 feet along the Southeasterly line of said let to the �vint of beginning of the line being described; thence Northwesterly co a point on the North line of said lot distant 70 feet East of the Northwest corner of said lot, and there ending. Parcel (b) That part of Lot 2, Block 1, Hidden Lake Additic:n, lying Northeasterly of a line described as follows: Commencing at the most Southerly corner of said lot; thence ;:ortheasterly 104.37 feet along the Southeasterly line of aaid lot to the point of beginning of the line being described; thence ?northwesterly to a point on the North line of said lot distant 70 feet East of the Northwest corner of said lot, and there ending. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Stsples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the following voted againsts None.
