Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council oU the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of July,
1967- The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Dantley, Hagan and Hunt; and the following members were absent: ]lone.
Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Stanley Ornat has request a subdivision waiver o:• Lots 15 and 16,
Block 1, City View Acres,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PL7XOVPH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
• of Miscellaneous Records, Page 497, Register of Doe", Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land low than
live (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived an to
the following described lands;
(L) The Horth 1/2 of Lot 15, Block 1, City View Acres.
(2) The South 1/2 of Lot 15, Block 1, C+ty View Acres.
(3) She Horth 1/2 of Lot 16, Block 1, City :iew Acres.
(4) The South 1/2 of Lot 16, Block 1, City View Acres.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman O'Fallon, and upon vote being taken thereon, the !ollowiag voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntloy, Hapn and fiat; and
the following voted ansinst; Mone.
• Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
