The following members aera presen�: 6,ayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Ir.ntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Bone. r e • kaynr Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHF9ZIS, F.elvin Kuehn has requested a subdivision waiver on Lots 2 and 3, Block 3, Caristiansen'e Parker's Lake 3rd Addition, NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PMOITTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, i966, in book 1035 of kiscellaneous Records, Page 497, Register of deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land leas than five (5) acres in area and 300 feat in width tre hereby waived as to the following described lands: (1) Lot 3, Block 3, Christiansen's Parkere Lake Third Addition, Hennepin County, kinnesota, and the West 20 feet of Lot 2 said Bio&k 3, w, measured at right angles from the West line of said Lot 2. (2) Lot 2, Block 3, Christiansen'e Parker's Lake Tfa rd Addition, Hennepin County, Manneeota, except the West 20 feet thereof, as measured at right angles from the West line of said Lot 2. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hapten, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley, and Hagen; and the • following wero ah7ent: Councilman Hunt.
