Council of the Village of Plymouth, kinnesota, was held on the 10th day of July, 1967, The following members were present: Kayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley and Hagen; and the following members were absent: None. Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, Charles Raymond has requested a subdivision waiver for Government Lot 3 in Section 30, NOW, THEREFORE BE 1" RESOLVED BY = COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLD OUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on the January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in book 1035 of kiscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land lose than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Parcel No. 3A That part of Goverment Lot 3, Section 30, Township 118, Range 22, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of Tract 1, Registered Land Survey No. 854, with the northwesterly line of said Registered Land Survey; thence northwest- erly on a line forming an angle in the westerly quadrant of 85 degrees and 45 minutes with said northwesterly line, a distance of 160 feet; thence deflecting right 14 degrees a distance of 48.1 feet; thence deflecting left 97 degrees, 28 minutes and 48 seconds a distance of 126.71 feet; thence southerly to a point on the north- westerly line of said Registered Land Survey distant 229.27 feet southwesterly from the point of beginning; thence northeasterly along said northwesterly bine to the point of beginning. Alsq that part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 854, lying easterly of a line and extensions thereof, beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of said Tract B, 212.73 feet southwesterly from the most northerly corcer thereof, to apoint on the southerly line of said Tract B. 230.50 feet west of the southeast corner thereof' and there ending. '.ubject to and together with an easement for ingress and egress over Tracts H and I. Registered Land Survey No. 854 and that part of said Government Lot 3, which is a strip of land 33 feet wide lying within a distance of 16.5 feet on each side of the following described centerline to -wit: Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of said Tract I with the northwesterly line of said Registered Land Survey; thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of the Tract hereinabove described, a distance of 160 feet; thence deflecting right 14 degrees, a distance of 48.1 feet to the most northerly corner of said Tract and there ending. Subject to an easement for ingress and egress over the fo.lowing described parcel: Commencing at the point of intersection 1"_.,7 centerline of said Tract I with the northwesterly line of said Registered Land Survey; thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of the Tract hereinabove described, a distance of 110 feet to the point of beginning of the easement being described; thence continuing northwesterly along last described course, 19 feet; thence deflecting left 56 degrees and 52 minutes to the westerly line of the Tract of Land hereinabove described; thence southerly along said westerly line, 36 feet; thence northeasterly to the point 40 of beginning. Together with an eaatm�nt for lake access over that part of said Tract H and said Government Lot 3, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Tract B, 23C.50 feet west- erly of the southeast corner tbersof; thence westerly along said southerly line to the most west;+rly corner thereof; thence southwest- erly along the northwesterly lir.:e of said Registered Land Survey, to the shore of kiooney Lake; thence northwesterly along siad shore to its intersection with a line d_•Lszl psxallel with and 10 feet at right angles northerly of the southerly line of said Tract B; thence easterly and parallel with the southerly line of said Tract B to the westerly line of the Tract of land hereinabove described; thence southerly to the point of beginning. Parcel No. 3B That part of Government Lot 3, Section 309 Township 118, Range 22, described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of Tract I, Registered Land Survey No. 854, and the northwesterly line of said Registered Land Survey; thence northwest- erly on a line forming an angle in the westerly quadrant of 85 degrees and 45 minutes with said northwesterly line, a distance of 160 feet; thence deflecting right 14 degrees, a distance of 0.1 feet; thence deflecting left 97 degrees, 28 minutes and 48 seconds a distance of 126.71 fiat to the point of beginning of the Tract of land being described; thence continuing southwesterly along last described course, to the shore of Mooney Lake; thence southeasterly • along said shore to the northwesterly line of said Registered Land Survey; thence northeasterly along said northwesterly line to a point 229.27 feet southwesterly from the point of cornmencement; thence northerly to the point of beginning. Also, that part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 854, lying westerly of a lime and extensions thereof, beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of said Tract B, 212.73 feet southwesterly from the most northerly corner thereof, to a point on the southerly line of said Tract B, 230.50 feet west of the southeast corner thereof and thereending. Also, together with an easement for ingress and egress over that part of said Government Lot 3 described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of said Tract I with the northwesterly line of said Registered Land survey; thence northwest- erly on a line forming an angle in the westerly quadrant o` 85 degrees and 45 minutes with said northwesterly line, a distance of 110 feet to the point of beginning of the easement being described; thence continuing northwesterly along last described course, 19 feet; thence deflecting left 56 degrees and 52 minutes,to the easterly line of the Tract of Land hereinabove described; thence southerly along said easterly line, 36 feet; thence northeasterly to the point of beginning. Subject to an easement for lake access over that part of said Tract B and said Government Lot 3, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Tract B, 230.50 feet westerly of the southeast corner thereof; thence westerly along said south- erly line to the most westerly corner thereof; thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of said Registered Land Survey, to the shore of Mooney Lake; thence northwesterly along said shore to its intersection with a line drawn parallal with and 10 feet FA right angles northerly of the southerly li_ie of said Tract B; thence east- erly and parallel with the southerly lint of said Tract B to the easterly line of the Tract of Land herainaboae described; thence of southerly to the point of beiginning. • The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Staples, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley and Hagen; and the following were absent: Councilman Hunt. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOT COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify -that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth held July 10, 19579 and the same is a full, true and complete resolution insofar as the same relates to the subdivision waiver for Charles Raymond.
