HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1967-094• • F;XTRAXR' CT OF liEgtPPES h ,`!:'TING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, kINNESOTA Pursuant to di:.+ cell and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village to Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 10th tia4y of July, 1967, at the VillaAte Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55, commencing at 7;3':i o'clock P.M. The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Councilman 3'Falion, Duntley and Hagen. and %he following members were absents Councilman Hunt. • • • Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67794 A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF PILGRIM LANE tthWLWj pursuant to due and proper notice according to law, a public hearing was held by the Villi Council at the Village Hall in the Village of Plymouth on the 10th day of July, 1967, at 7;30 O'clock P.M. to consider vacation of the following described portion of the following described streets "Teal Lane, now known as Pilgrim Lane, which is all that road running from the East right-cf-way line of quaker Lane in Pheasant Hills Addition and continuing North to the South right-of-way line of State Highway No. 55 and abutting the ?Following described parcels: Pheasant Hills Addition, Block 2, ;-Itn 1, 3 and 4, and Block 3, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5,• SEAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard were given such opportunity, after which said public hearing was declared closed by the mayor, NOW, THEHEYORM, BE IT HEREBY P.ESOLV0 BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLUOUPHs "Teal Lane, now known as Pilgrim Lane, which is all that road running from the East right -of -sway line of Quaker Lana in Pheasant Hills Addition and continuing North to the South right-of-way line of State Highway No. 55 and abutting the following described parcel*: Pheasant Hills Addition, Block 2, Lots 1, 3 and 4, and Block 3, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.•" The above motion was seconded by Councilman Duntley, and upon vote being • taken thereon, the following voted in favor thersofs Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley and Ragan. and the following voted against: None. :thereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
