Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a rx (special)
meetin of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 26th day of June
The following members here p_esent: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Austley, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: None.

Trustee Hagen int_oduced the following Recolution
and moved its -adoption: G! Y
WHERMS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 6th
day of March , ie 67 , fixed the 3rd day of April .
19 67 , as the date for a public hearing on: installation of sanitary
sever and nater in Glen Brie Addition, Project 67-1B.
with respeoct to'tho•followiag street (s), to -wit:

asseased for the making of these improvements were given ten days*
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of tate required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners. heard on the 3rd day of April 19 61.
FOT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. Such improvements as set out above and for the street (s)
as above indicated are hereby ordored as proposed
in the Council iiasolution adopted March 3rd , 19 67.
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such
improvements."

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wns duly
• seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken thoroon,
the following voted in favor thereof: kayor Staples, Trustees 01rallon,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.

I, the undersigned• being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Villege
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully eompaked the Attached
and foregoing extract of mimrtes of a special meeting of the Village Council of
said village held June 26, 1967, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the
same relates to the extension and installation of senitary sewer and water in
Glen Etie Addition.
