RMOLUl'ION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a >!MMM (speciE")

and has presented such plans and oneoiticatione to the Council for
approval{
NOW TH'P WORE, BE IT RPSOLVED BY THA' VIL-M. COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYLOUPH:

"1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
atteohed hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
ert d in the official paper and in_ , ! C=GtnW ion
OUA ar, advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10800 A- k. onJUJ Zi 198 , in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cath deposit, cashier's
check, W bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for percent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rasolution was
duly seconded by Tr"t" D"tl4► and upon vote being taken thereon,
