RESOLUTION NO. 67-90
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June,
1967'. The following members were present: kayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallou,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: None.

Trustee Hagan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Cleman Rahn has requested a subdivision -waiver for Parcel 4210,
Nection 26,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 4979 Register of "lads, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described areas:
(A) The South i of that part of the SWt of the NW`J of Sec. 26-118-22
W. of the 5th Prime Meridian described as follows: Beginning at a
Point on the South line of the SW} of the NWJ 324.6 feet East of the
SW corner thereof; thence North parallel with the West line of said
Section a distance of 503.25 feet to a point which is a point of
beginning of tract hereinafter described; thence best parallel with
the South line of said Section a distance of 324.6 feet; thence
North along ties West line of said section a distance of 167.75 feet;
thenos East parallel with the South line of said Section a distance
of 324.6 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of said
Section a distance of 167.75 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to an saseosut: 15' easement on East side of above described
land for road.
(B) The North J of that part of the SW} of the NWj of Sec. 26-118-22
W. of the 5th Prime Meridian described as follows: Beginning at a
point on the South line of the M* of the NW`11-324.6 feet EAst of the
SW corner thereof; thence North parallel with the West line of said
Section a distance of 503.25 fest to a point which is a point of
beginning of tract hereinafter described; thence West parallel with
the South line of said Section a distance of 324.6 feet; thence
North along the West line of said section a distance of 167.75 feet;
thence bast parallel with the South line of said Section a distance
of 324.6 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of said
Section a distance of 167.75 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to an easement: 15' ea;em-nt on Fast side of above described
land for road.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee Hunt, AM upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof; Mayor Staples, Trustees Duntley, Hagea and Hunt. The following vot..:d

Whereupon the motion was declared duly Wood an�.1 adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Kinnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth hold June 26, 1961, and the same is a fall, true and complete resolution
insofar as the same relates to the subdivision waiver requested by Clemane Rahn.
