Pursuant to 4' C call and notice thereof, a regular (ipmmdmd*
meeting of the Vi,l,age Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was hall on the 19th day of Jung 1SAL .
The following member: were present: hayor Staples, Trustees Dantley,
Hagan and Hunt.

and moved its • adopt ion: R=OLWIQX No. 67
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 22nd
day of My , 19 67 , fixed the 19th day of Jvss ,
19.67, as the date for a public hearing on: the installation or aaaitary
saner in the following described crease Lots 1, 2, 12 sad 13, Block 2, Schiebals
Nighlasd Vivi Additioai Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 5, Sahiebefe highland View Addition.

.9HEREAB,•all property owners whose property is liable to be
acnt;eosod for the making; of these improvements were given ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the 12a day of Jens , 18 6Z.
FOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE80LVXD BY THIS COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMO V.!'H :
111. .such improvements as set out above and for the street (s)
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed
in tho Council R,acolution adopted Msy 22af 19 67
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare
plana and specifications for the making of such
improvements."

0 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Duntley and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staple., Trustees
Duntley, gegen and Hunt.
The following voted against the same: None.
The following Were (absent)Trustee O'Pallon.
Whereupun the motion Was declared duly passed and adopted.
