Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Linnesota,
was held on thel��dty► of June , 19 67
The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'F'allon, Duntley, Hapn and Hunt.
and the following members were absents Done.

Trustee Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and wved its adoptions IMOLUTION ISO. 67-84
WHEM.AS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval

"l. Such plans and specifications,, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in
an advertisament for bids upon
the leaking of such improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00 A. k. nn June 131967, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for 5 %1 percent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Reanlution was
duly seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: T;ayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallvn,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the same: None
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None.
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of Plymouth, A.innesota, hereby certify that I have

a special meeting of the Village Council of said village held
