VILLAGE , MI SOTA
June 5, 1967
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on June 5, 1967 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway
No, 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M, The following members
were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen
and Duntley. The following members were absent: None

Asayor Staples introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
"Resolution No. 67-83
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCHANGES OF EASE-
AIENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES WITH
MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS Minneapolis Industrial Park had previously
conveyed to the Village easements for the instL11ation of
retention tanks for the purpose of Ranitary sewer service
to the Minneapolis Industrial Park and,
WHEREAS the installation of a municipal sanitary sewer
system by the Village makes the use of such retention tanks
unnecessary and,
WHEREAS it is proposed that the Village reconvey to
Minneapolis Industrial Park the easement originally given
in exchange for an easement for sanitary sewer purposes in
another portion of said Minneapolis Industrial Park,
NOW THEREFORE be it hereby resolved by the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth as follows:
1. Authority is hereby given to the Mayor and
Clerk -Administrator to reconvey the following easement
to Minneapolis Industrial Park, Inc:
Commencing at the SE corner of the NE}
of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22;
thence Westerly along the South line of
said NEJ to its point of intersection
with the Northeasterly right-of-way line
of State Highway 55; thence Northwesterly
along said right-of-way line a distance
of 1,067.62 feet to a point which is
the point of beginning of the tract to
be described; thence Northwesterly a
distance of 425 feet along the right-of-
way line of State Highway 55; thence
Northeasterly at right angles from said
right-of-way line a distance of 215 feet;
thence Southeasterly and parallel to
said right-of-way line of State Highway
55 a distance of 145 feet; thence South-
westerly and at right angles to said
right-of-way line of State Highway 55 a dis-
tance of 175 feet; thence Southeasterly and
parallel to said right-of-way line of State
Highway 55 a distance of 280 feet; thence
Southwesterly and at right angles of said
right-of-way line of State Highway 55 a
distance of 40 feet to the point of
beginning and there terminating, lying in
the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota.
2. The Village does hereby accept from the
Minneapolis Industrial Park, Inc., in exchange for
the reconveyance of the above-described easement,
an easement of the following property:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Section
27, Township 118, Range 22, Thence south
along the east line of said Section 27 for a
distance of 1058.2 feet; thence right at a
deflection angle of 920 21' for a distance
of 263.05 f$et, thence left at a deflection
angle of 28 49' for a distance of 287.5 feet
to the true point of beginning of a permanent
sanitary sewer utility easement consisting of a
strip of land 20 feet wide centered on the
following described centerline: Commencing
at the true point of beginning, thence
deflecting to the left at a deflection angle
of 120 43' for a distance of 196 feet, thence
deflecting to the right at a deflection angle
of 130 51' to the easterly right-of-way line
of Trunk Highway 55, and there terminating."
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Hagen
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereon; Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and
Renner. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
