RESOLUTIM RICNITIN REPORT
CALLING; FOi[ ABLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 1
meting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 54h day of hn• , 19 67.
The following members were present: Mayor 5*0109, i"aterrs O'yallon,
Duntleyp Ragan and Runt.
and the following members were absent: Mona.
Ahmmeb m Mayor Btaples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOL ^ION N0. 67-82
M[BREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on 'ua 51h 19 67, recommending the:
Daseavrk and surfacing
of the following street (a), to -wit: Faresindew Lana frog Ridgaaavat Avg
to County Road is.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIS COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOVI'N:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid Improvement
in accordance with the report and the assesswsnt of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the Improvement pursuant
_ to U.S.A. Seo. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estlwated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 194h day of JU" , 19 67, at
the Village Hall,_TH ;Tie Villageo-f-Vry outh aT' 700

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
