Pursuant to due Gall„and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, I'Annesota, was duly held at the Village Hall
on the 5th` d,a,y of June, 1967, commencing at 7:30 oclock PA.
The following members were present: Xayor Staples, Trustees O'Pallon,
Dmntley, Hagen and aunt, the following members were absent: None.
Trustee bunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

BE IT HMIDY RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth, pinnesota, condact a public hearing at the Vi:lage Hall
orf said Village at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the 10th day of July, 1967,
to consider the vacation of the following drgcribed street:
"Teal Latae, now known as Pilgrim Lane, which is all that road
running from the East right -of -stay line of Quaker Lane in
Pheasant Hills Addition and continuing North to the south
ri';ht-df-way line of Stats Highway No. 55 and abutting the
following described parcels:
Pheasaat Hills Addition, Block 2, Lots 1, 3 and 4, and Bloch
3., Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and ?•' c
"BE IT FURTHM RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk be dire cted to
give proper legal notice of such hearing in, the manner required
by
The above imution was seconded by Trustee Duntiey and upon _vote being taken
thereon the followi ng voted infavor thereof: h:ayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallos-,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; the following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

anti foregoing extract of minuteP of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said village held June 5,.1967, with the original thereof on file in my office

and the same is.a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the
same relates to the vacation of a portion of Pilgrim Lane of the village.
