RESOLUTION NO. 67--75
Pursuant to due.call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth, finnesota, was held on the 5th day of June, 1567, at
the Village H&II, 13800 State Highway #55, commencing at 7:30 l?•" The fol le.'i-;g
members Vera present: Xayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and LL -1-C.
The following members were absent: Bone.
Trustee Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptio-::
RESOLUTION No. 67-79
W ME:48, the Hennepin County Highway Department has prepared preliminary plans
for the improvement of a part of County Road No. 18 within the corporate limits of
the Village of Plymouth at the intersections of County Road No. 18 and County Roads
No. 9 and 10;
NOW, THERORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE; COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF :1LY1-.OUTH:
"That the preliminary design plan presented to the Village Councilby
representatives of the Hennepin Coumty Highway Department relating to
the intersections of County Road No. 18 and County Road No. 10, further
identified as Layout No. 61 and County Road No. 18 and County Road. No. 91
further identified as Layout No. 2, are hereby approved."
The motion was seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote being.taken:.thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees-OlFallcn, Dantley, Hagen
and Runt.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, Gerald G. Splinter, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Iiinnesota, do hereby certify thatI
have examined the attached and foregoing copy of a resolution approving plans.for
the preliminary design of the intersections of Co. Rds. 18 and 9 and 18 and 10 and
the same is a true and correct copy of a resclation duly passed and adopted by the
Village Council of -the Village of Plymouth o.a the 5th day cf J -ane, 1967, as the same
is set forth in the minutes of the :meeting of said Council on file and of record in
my office.
