WHEREAS,.all property owners whose property is liable to be
asseosod for the making of these improvements were given ton d-ys,
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions Of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the day of J" , 19 67.
NOT THEREFORE, 98 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYNOUrH:
111. Such improvements as set out above and for the street (a)
as above indicated are hereby orderedaroposed 196TH
in the Council Racolution adopted ll��ii
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare
plane and specifications for the making of such
improvements."
