0 CALLING FO1"UBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 4upwaftU
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 22nd day of Nair , 19AL.
The following members were present: Mayor staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Ihmtely, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: None.
XWgm*w XWr Staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: FMOLUTION 90. 67-75
`REAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on Maar 22nd , 29 67, recomdending the:
Installation of sanitary sewer in
of the following described areas: Lots 1, '2, 12 and 13,
Black 2, Sahisbe'■ Highland View Additions Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 5,
Schisbe's Highland View Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNT -IL. OF TM VILLAGE OF
PLYMCUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
• in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as srown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 19th day of Jun* , 19 67, at
the Village Hall,in' Ue Village of Plymo th aTi000
o'clock D . m. The Village Council shall give p�
lished nice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Hayor Staples, Trustees O'tallon,
Duntlay, Hagen and Hunt.
. The following voted against the notion: None.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None.
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
