CALLING FO"UBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 1
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Hinaesota,
was held on the 2204 day of key , 19 67.

Aul.ar Stnples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RHHOLUPION No. 67-74
. 17HEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on Key 22nd, 19 67, recommending the:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing s l be held on guch proposed}m-
provement on the day of 19 7�t3c
at
the Village Hall,in Me Village `of�Plynouth aT—
o'clock 1s . m. The Village Council shall give pub-
lished
ublished nice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof.. myor Staples, Trustees O'Yallon,
Duntley, Hagan and bunt.

None.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting):
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
