Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Villag3 Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 22nd day of kao, , 1967 .
The following members were present: kayor Stag leer Trustees G Psi.. on,
Duntley, Hawn and stunt.
and the following members were absent- Nonn.

moved its adoption: RESOLUTION t.A. 67-73

"HEREA3, a report has been g_ven by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on Riay 22nd, 19 67, recommending tha-

NOW THERUORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF'THE VILLAGE OF
PLYDICUM :
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
44in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429,011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposedm-
provement on the 19th day of June 19 6' at
the Village Hall,�o6e Village o ymouth al_—y300
o'clock p , m. The Village Council shall give pub'
lished nofice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law,"
The motion for the adoption of the foregol.ng Resolution was
duly second9d by Trustee Duntley and upon vote being takep there-
on, the following voted in fRvor thereof: teayor Staples, Trustees
O'Pallon, Duntley, Hagen and taunt.
The following voted a7ainst the motion: None.
The following were (absert) (abstained from voting): Non.
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
