NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RES0LVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMCUTH: "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.B.A. ,Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown. 2. The Village Council shall give pub- lished notice of such hearing and improvement as re- quired by law." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Hellen and upon vote being taken there- on, the following voted in favor thereof: ,'fir Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted against the motion: Non's.
