CALLING FO"UBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (OPOWSOW
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 22nd day of hay , lf)67 .
The following members were present: hayor Staple®, Trustees O'Pailon,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: None.

WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on t�ay
22nd, 19 67 , recommending the:

Lots 1 and 12, Sloek 31 Lot 1, Block 4, Creekwoa=l Heibhts lot Addition and
the Nast 24 acres of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 except road lying
southeasterly of Creekwood Heights let Addition esoopt that part described
as followot the easterly 165 feet of the Southerly 904 feet and the rAwterly
122 feet of the Northerly 324 feet thereof (a proposed part of Creekwood Heights
2nd Addition) in Section 23, Township 118, Range 22.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RES0LVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMCUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.B.A. ,Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hea_ ing shall be held on quch
on the 19th day of , 19 r

lished notice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Hellen and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: ,'fir Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the motion: Non's.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): N°ne'
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
