VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

CALLING FOA PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular )
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 22nd day of I&V , 19 67 .

Duntlays Hagen and Hunt.

Trustee Hagan introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RFSOLUT101 N0x 67-71
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on key 22nd , 19 67 , recoamending the:

of the following street (s) , to -wit: 25$h Avenue North Brod Xmnolia Lsue
vest to vacated Pineviar Lona in the N.V. 1/4 of Section 26.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown,
2. A public hearing sh�i be held on jZh proposed6im-

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Rua* and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: kayor Stnplau, Trusts" O'irallon,
Dually, Hagen and hunt.
