of Plymouth, Linnesota, hereby; certify that I have carefully compared tha'uttached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a (regular) (aPWtaiimeeting of the Village
Council of said village held June 19 , 1967, with the original thereof on
file in may office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the improvement of Forestview Lane.
