UCT OF VINUTES'OF REGULAR ME
OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF,
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, bfINNi on
May 22, 1967
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, linnesota, was held
on Nay 22, 19671 at the Village'Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55,
}
commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M. "The following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the
following members were absent: None.
1Fayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67-67
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE
ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH LITIGATION
NOW,, THF.EFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF ?LYkOUTH,
That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized to commence
litigation against Messrs. Hermansen, Fudlai & Sherdian to
recover the damages sustained by the improper preparation
of the sanitary sewer assessment roll.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereon: Kayor Staples,
Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted against: None.
The fallowing abstained: Trustee Duntley. Whereupon said resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

The undersigned being the duly qual3,fied and acting Clerk-'
Administrator of the Village of Plymouths Kinnesota, does hereby
certify that he has carefully compared the above extract of minutes
of the regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth hold on kav 22, 1967, with the original of said minutes
contained in the minute book of said Village. That said extract is
in all .respects a -true and correct copy of said original minutes
as said minutes pertain to litigation against Messrs. Hermansen., Fudlai
and -Sherdian.
