The followir, -bers were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley,
Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: None.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUITION N0. 67-66
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a hearing to consider
the proposed plat of 6tapledeil Addition, and recommended approval of said plat, and
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval after due
consideration and study,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEI) BY THE COUNCIL OP THE VILLAGE OF PLYKOUTH:
1. That the final plat of Lapledeli Addition as submitted by J & G
Construction Company and herewith described be approved.
That part of the East 990 feet of the West 1006.5 feet of the
Southeast quarter of Section 20, Township 118 North, Range 22 Wrest,
Lying South of the following -described linei Beginning at a point
on the West line of said Southeast quarter distant 1438.90 feet North
of the Southwest corner of said Southeast quarter, said 'West line
being assumed to have a bearing of North for purposes of this description;
thence South 710 East a distance of 278.15 feet; thence South a distance
of 23.34 feet; thence Just -to the East line of said West 1006.5 feet
and there ending.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Trustee Hagen and upon vote being i.aken thereon, the following Voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O/Fallon, Duntloy, Hagen and Hunt; and the
following voted against the samet None.
WHEI'UTON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, ki.nnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
Siad Village hold May 22, 1967, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the eme is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the esme relates
to approval of the final plat of kapledell Addition.
