Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Y:innesota, was held on Kay 22, 19679 at the
Village Hall, 138W States Highway No. 55, commencing at 7130 o'clock P. I.
The following members were presents Kayor Staples, trustees O'Xallon, Duntley,
Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absents None.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions

REOISTERM LAND SURVEY
WHIREAS, Albert Snyder and Ethel Snyder, husband and wife, have applied
for the approval of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, hinnesote,
with respect to the establishment of a Registered Land Survey is a part of the
Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 30,
Township 115, Rani* '3, and,

1. Approval is hereby granted for the establishment of a Registered
Land Survey with respect to the following described paropertyt
• that part of the southeast quarter of the Rorthoost quarter of
Section 30, township 118, Rang 22 Vest, of the 5th Principal
Noridan, described as foilowr s Corsemcing at the Soathwast oasmoe
of said southeast quarter of '-be Northeast quarter; theme East
