Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WIIE iEP.a, F•dward,Eberle has requested a subdivision waiver for Lots 18 and 19,
Block 2, Chr.istiansen's Parker's Lakeside Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Xiseellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
(A) -he Northerly 5 feet front and rear of Lot 18 and that part of Lot 19,
lying West c,. the Fart 110 feet and South of a line drwdn from a poiAt
in the Wee. line of the East 110 feet distant 80 feet Horth from the
Southwest corner thereof to a point in the West line of Lot 19, distant
118 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof, all in Block 2,
Christianson's Parker', Lake Second Addition, Hennepin County, Einnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee Duntley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: 1*ayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following voted against: None.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

Plymouth held hay 22, 1967, and the same is a full, true and complete resolution
inr:ofar as the swre relates to the subdivision waiver for Edward Eberle.
