HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1967-063VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 67-63 FUrsuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Counoil of the Village of Plvmouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of Fay, 1967, The following members were preeert: Kayor Staples, Trusteas O'Falion, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: None. h:ayor Staples introduced the following resolution and r•zved its adoption: Wli'r:RF.AS, Clarence Savage has requested a subdivision raiver on Parcel 70091 Section 30r in the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordir-�tice No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 2035 of h.iscellaneous Records, page 4971 Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, 14innesota, relating to the conveyance pf parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: (A) The West 200 feet of the North 195 feet of Government Lot 4, Section 30, Township 118, .e `ige 22. (B) That part of Government Lot 4, Section 30, Township 118, Range 22, lying North of County Road No. 6 and West of a line drawn at a right angle to the N•,r+n line of paid lot, and from a point therein distant 976.35 feet East'(.- the North :est c i-ner of said iot, Eiccept th- West 200 feet of thy` No th 195 feet '.i,arocf. The motion for t6 uioption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: F:ayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Du_nt.ley, Hagen and Hunt. • and the following voted against: None.
