WHERAS, lairs. Agnes Ornat has requested a subdivision waiver for Lots 17 and
18, Block 1, City View Acres,
NOW, THMEFORF BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THF' VILLAGE OF PLYYOUPH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
priced on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 19661 in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) Peres in are:. ane 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
(A) The North 1/0 of Lot 17, Block 1, City View Acres.
(B) The South 1/2 of Lot 17, Block 1, City View Acres.
(C.) The North 3/2 of Lot, 18, Block I., City View Acres.
(D) The South 1/2 of Lot 1$, Block 1, City View Acres.
The motion for the adoption of the f..regoina resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof; k.ayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley and Hunt; and the
following abstained: Truste4 Hagen.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and ac.opted.
