Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, Charles Raymond has requested a subdivision. waiver in Section 30, NOW, TSE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLD.OUTH: L. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of -the Viliage of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Hook 1035 of miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register,of Deede, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of lands less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to fife following described lands: (A) That part of Government Lot 3, Section 30, Township 118, Range 22, desoribed as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of Tract 1, Registered Land Survey No. 854 with the Northwesterly Lino of said Registered 7,and Survey; thence Northwest, Orly on a line ± .:ling an angle in the Westerly quadrant of 85 degrees 45 minutes witli d Northwesterly line, a distance of 160 felt; thence deflecting =1ght 14 degrees, a distance of 300 feet; thence teflecting loft, 39 degrees 07 minutes a distance of 104 feet to the point of beginning of the property being described= thence continu- ing Northwesterly along the last described course 31.6 feet, more or lose, to a point 16.5 feet South of the North line of said Government Lot 3, measured at right angles thereto; thence North at right angles to said North line, to ,the North line of said Government Lot 3; thence West along esid.North line to a point which is 881 feet West of the intersection of the Northerly extension of the West line of Govern- msnt Lot 4 in said Section 30 with the Horth line of said Government Lot 3, as measured along said lorth line; thence deflecting left, 81 'degrees 30 minutes, 265 teat, more or less, to the shore of Mooney Lake] theme Southeasterly along said shore to a line drawn South- westerly frog the point of beginning, forming an interior angle of y{ 82'degresg'10 minutes; thence Northeasterly to the mint of beginning. VILLAUE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth held May 8th, 1967, and the same is a full, true and complete resolution insofar as the same relates to the subdivision waiver for Charles RAymond.
