VILLAGE OF PLYNOUTH

Pursuant to due'call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of hap,
1967. The following members were present: kayor Staples, Trustees O'Faiion,
Duntley, Hagen bnd Hunt.
and the following were absent: None.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Will.'.am Cox has requested a subdivision waiver for Lots 19 and 20,
Block 1, City View hares,
NOW, THF1?EFORE BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
pa"ed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, i966, in Boots 1035
of Iiisceilaneoue Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
dive (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are ereby waived as to
the following described lands:
(A) The Northerly 1/2 of Lot 20, Block 1, City View Acres.
(B) The Southerly 1/2 of Lot 20, Block 1, City 'iew Acres.
(C) The Northerly 1/2 of Lot 19, Block 1, Ciip View Acres.
(D) The Southerly 1/2 of Lot 19, Block 1, City View Acres.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee O'Fallon, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley,
and the following abstained: , ustees Nagen and Hunt.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
