Gyp,. y.. ... / :t ffRA OF XINUTW OF XSE`TIN{1 OF VILLAGE OF PLYNOtTriit 11IMMOTA Pursuant to due call esus notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village C6uxicil of the Village of Plymouth was held at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55, on the lot day of hay,1967, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.N. The following members were present: flavor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt, and the following members were absent: None. ;i** Trustee Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLOTION NO. 67-55 A RESOLUTION, AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE FOR: THE IFTROVIMMT OF )WICINE LAKE WHEREAS, on December 13, 1966, the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners adopted.a policy of participating in the cost of improvements to lakes or, waterways in the municipalities of Hennepin County, and WHEREAS, Medicine Lake in the Village of #Xymouth, due to its eine and proximity to the metropolitan area, attracts large numbers of people throughout Hennepin County, and WHUWAS, the Village of Plymouth desires to acquire, develop and maintain adequate public access to Medicine Lake; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE; OF PLYMOUTH, -MINNESOTA: "That an application be made to the Hennepin County Hoard of Commissioners for funds under the "Lake Improvement Program" of Hennepin County for the acquisition, development and main— tainance of public access to Medicine Lake." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dul,• seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Duntley, O'Fallon, Hagen ti and Hunt. and the following voted against: Non9. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
