VILLAJE OF PLYA:OUTH
e RE'SOLPTIOA NO. 67-54
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Rinnesota, was held on the 8th day of Fay,
1967, The follox ng members were preF-ent: Kayor Staples, Trustees O•Fallon,
Duntleyr, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following were:absen t: None.
Trustee O'Falloaa introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, William Etzel has requested a subdivision waiver for Lot 5, Block 2,
Greentree Forest Addition.,
?':OW, T10IMP E BE 1T RE33OLVEA BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requi.•eaK-nts of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
Passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of 2-iscellaneous Records, page 4971 Register ai Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
fit•c (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width fare hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
(A) The East l/^c of the South 112 of Lot 5, Block 2, Greentree Addition.
The Northerly 5.0' thereof being subject to a drainage and ut lity
easements.
(Bj The Wee-t 1/2.of the North 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 2,:Greeatres Addition,
The Soatlierly 5.0' thereof being subject to drainage and utility
eaeewea ti.
(C) The Z..st 1%2 of the `North 1/2 of tot 5, Block 2, Greentree Addition.
The Southerly 5.00 thereof being subject to a drainage and utility
easement.
(D) The West 312 of the South 1j2 of Lot 5, Biock 2, Greentree Addition.
The Northerly 5.0' thereof being subject to a drainage and utility
easement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Trustae 'Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.

Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted..
