Pursuant to due cv ll and notice thereof, a rogular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,

111. The Council will consider tb* aforranaid improvement
In accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.B.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
