NOW TiiFRFFORE, BE IT RFSOLV= BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TIL PILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, b:INNESOTA, 48 FOLLOWS: 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 47.41, 6;inneaota Statutes, the depository of the Village of Plymouth, currently the 91rot National Bank of blinneapolis, Minneapolis, Ninnesota, is hereby authorized and directed to honor all checks and drafts drawn on the Village Account which contain the facsimile signature of the Mayor, Village Clerk and Village Treasurer. 2. That from and after the date of this resolution manual signatures on Village checks and drafty will no longer be required. The motionfor the adoption of `th�`Ioregoing resoluti::n was seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O►Fallon, Duntley, HwL and Hunt.
