the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429.011 to 1429.111.
1.07 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
pLYHOUTH:
"That the proposed Improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated coot of the improvement as recommended."
The notion was seconded by Trustee MWRU7 and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
