VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MLNNffiOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was hold on the let des► of Kay, 1967, at
the village Hall, 13800 State Highway go. 55, commencing at 7030 o'clock P.M.

WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law, a public
boating was held biyr the Village Council at the Village Hall in the Village of
Plymouth on tin let day of Ma,, 1967, at 7330 o'clock P.K. to consider vacation
of the following described portion of the following described 41reet3
That part of Old County Road No. 70 as shown on the plat of Medicine
Latus Park lot Division abutting and lying southerly of Lots 1 through
9, Block 1, Medicine Lake Park lot Division.
WHRZW, at each hearing all persons desiring to be hoard were given
such opportunity, after which said public hearing was declared aloe" by

That part of Old County Road No. 70 as sham on the plat of Medicine
Lala Park lot Division abetting and lying soutaerly of Lots 1 through
9, Block 1, Medicine Lab Park lot Division may be and hereby is
declared to be vacated.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee O'Fallon, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor theroofs Mayar Staples, Trust -son
O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and mmt.
and the following voted a(,aiastt None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
