VILL./OE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the lot day of Xay, 1967, at
the Village ball, 13800 State Highway No. 55, commencing at 7930 o'clock P.M.
The following mombers were present: kayor Stapler, Trustees O'Fallon,
Duntley and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: Trustee Hagen.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67-0
A RESOLUTION VACATING A
PORTION OF OLD COUNTY ROAD 24
. WHERFAS, pursuant to due and proper notice ace rding to lar, a public
hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village Hall in the Village of
Plymouth on the lot day of hay, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock P. X. to consider vacation
of the following described portion of the following described street:
All that part of a certain village road (formerly County State A'd
Road No. 24) ming in a general Northwest -Southeast direction
through the North 1/2 of the Rorthowd 1/4 of Section 27, Township
118, Range 22, the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22,
Township 118, Rases 22, and Treat B Registered Lend Survey No. 991
in the Village of Plysouth described as follows:
Commencing at the point where said road intersects the South liza
of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 118,
Range 22 and proceeding generally northwesterly throe.`. %orth
1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, to
a point on the North line 0ereof at the intersection of said North
lies with the Fast line of Troot N, Registered Land Survey No. 991
and oontinuing generally Northwesterly through said Tract B and
the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 118,
Range 22 to the intersection of said road with the West Line of
said South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of section 22, Township 118,
Range 229 and there terminating.
VBWAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard were given
such opportunity, after which said public hearing was declared closed b7

1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Swoon 27, 'Township 118, Range 22, to
a point on the North line thereof at the intersection of said North
line with the Bast line of Tract D, Registered Land Surrey No. 991
and continuing generally Northwesterly throw said Tract B and
the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 118,
Range 22 to the intersection of said road with the Went iia• of

be vacated.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Sunt, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereoft kayor Staples, Trustees O'rallon,
Duntley and Hurst.

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of Plymouth, kinnsecta, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of s regular meting of the Village
council of said village hold JUW 1, 1967, with the original thereof on file in
sp office and the same is s full, true and complete transcript therefrom ineofar
as the same relates to the vacation of a portion of Old County Road 24.
