Purouanl* to duo ^all and notice thereof, a regular SijWMffAU
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, ;.Zinnocota,
was held on the 17th day of April , 19 67 .
The following members were present: Trustees OfFallon, Duntler, Haven
and Hunt.
and the following members %were absent: Rayor Staples.

Trustee Hates introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: Plini cm Y0. 67-47
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve; Dunkirk Lane North fros the siouthern
boundwy of the plat of Rapledell Addition to Const' Road No. 24.
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 4.29.011 to 929.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to tho Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be !jade as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimatod seat of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Duntlq and upon
veto being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
notion: emstess otAallon, Dmttlgr, Haven and Hunt.

whereupon the notion %vas declared duly panned and adopted.
