Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular jIFIRNOW
meeting of the Village Council of th.. Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,

Truoteo Hagen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: INSOLUTIO)1 10. 6T-4
WHEREAS, it in proposed to J1fKWW= install storm mamma in and aroand
Quaker and Saratoga Lases is drainage area identified as Drainage Area
in the Plymouth Storm Sews Study.
and nosecso the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to U.S.A. §x'-29.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUPICIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the prop000d improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the propoaod improvement
Is feasible and as to rihother it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as reconmended."
The notion was seconded by Truateo Daatley and upon
veto being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
notion: Trustees O'lallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
