HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1967-044ROI.UTION i;0. -savor Staples offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, The Village Council 'of the Village of Plymouth Hennepin County, Minnesota, has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, a list of lands in saidVi1lc�L which became the property of the State of Minnesota under the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture of lands to the State for non-payment of taxes, which said list has been desig- nated as Classification List "641-C", , 1967; and WHEREAS, each jarce3 of land described in said list has heretofore been classified by the Board cf County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota 9s non -conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by 8.1.d Board of County Commissioners: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said Villa:fie Council, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes for 1957, Section 282.01, Subd. 1, that the said classification by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list an non -conservation land be and the same is hereby approved and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved. VILLA(M Or PLTMOMS) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have oarefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of the said village held April 10, 1967, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution authorising sale of non --conserva- tion tax forfeited lands for public purposes.
