EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAii kEETINO
OF
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
A reTAlar meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth
was held on il+e 10th daffy of April, 1967, at the Villages Hall commencing
at 7:30 o'clock P. X.
The following members were presents Ksayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
The following members were absent: None.
Mayor Staples introducbd the following resolution and moved its
adaption:
RESOLUTION NO 67-43
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF TAX
FORFEITED LARDS FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES
WHERE AS, under date of February 79 1967, a cownwication was
received from the Hennepin County Land Department advising that
certain lands in the Village of Plymouth were tax forfeited and had
been classified as non -conservation lands, and
iil=3AS, it is deemed to be necessary, advisable and in the
public interest to acquire two of such parcels for public pur.?oees
and to make application for conveyance of said tax forfeited lands
to the Village,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLACM COUNCIL OF THE
VI L,:,A(M OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS e
1. That it is deemed to be necessary, advisable and in the
public interest to acquire the following described
parcels of land for the following purposes, to -wit:
Parcel 1600 - North 71 34/100 ft of south 373
36/100 ft of East 466 7/10 ft of SE 1/4 of
SW 1/4. — Park purposes.
Parcel 1700 - North 93 34/100 ft of South 466
7/10 ft of East 466 7/10 ft of :;E 1/4 of
Nis 1/4. — Park purposes.

2. The Mayor and Village. Clark -Administrator are hereby
authorised and directed to esmoute the proper application
on behalf of the Village of Plymouth for conveyance of
40 the above tax forfeited lands to the Village.
The motion to adopt the resolution was seconded by Trustee
A-gan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereo:s Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Ragan and Haat.
The following voted againsts Mone.
Whereupon the resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a regular meeting of the 7illa4p Council of said Village
held April loth, 1967, with the original thereof on file in Q office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to a resolution authorising acquisition of tax
forfeited lands for public purposes.
