The following members were present: Layor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Uuntley, Hagen and Hunt; the following members were absent: None.

Aiayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its aloption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67-36
"RMOLV'), that the Village Counc.l of the Lillage of Plymouth,
hinnesota, conduct a public hearing at the Village Hail of said
Village at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the let day of Fray, 1)67, to
consider the vacation of the following described street
11411 that part of a certain village road (formerly County
State Aid Road No. 24) running in a general Northwest -
Southeast direction through the North 1/2 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, the South 1/2
of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 118, Range
22'and Tract R Registered sand Survey No. )91 in the
Village of Plymouth described as follows:.
Commencing at the point where said road intersects the
South line of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 27, Township 118, Range 22 and proceeding
generally northwesterly through said North 1/2 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Townahip 118, Range 22 to,a
point on the North line thereof at the intersection of
said North line with the East line of Tract H, Registered
Land Survey No. 991 and continuing generally Northwesterly
through said Tract H and the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4
of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22 to the intersection
of said road with the Nest line of said South 1/2 of the
Sontheaat 1/4 of :lection 22, Township 118, Range 22, and
there terminating.
3311 IT FWBOR RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk be directed to

The above motion was second by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof: kayor Staples, Trustees OlFalion,
Duhtley and Hagen; the Polloiring warn not present: Trustee Hunt.
Mhereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

of Plymouth, binnesota, hereby certify that I have carefally compared the attached
and fcragoing a. -tract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said village held April 3, 1967, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a Ptll, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the
same relates to the vacation of a portion of old County Road 24 of the village.
