RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVMTISM;J2iT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, D.innesota,
was held on the 20th day of March , 19 67
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: Trustee O'Fallon.
Trustee Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67-35C
• WHMAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
19_, the Village Engineer has prepared
plans and specifications for the purchase of one tractor -loader -backhoe
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NMI THEREFORE, BE IT RMOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TIM
VILLAGE OF PLYLOUTH:
111. Such plans and atpecification3 , a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and ^ause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in
an advertisement for Bids upon
the making or suc mprovement under such approved plane
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00 O'clock A. M. on mil 10 196 7, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for 10 per cent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the 'oregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Stapiee, Trusties Dailey„
Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the same:
The following were (absent) : Trustee O'Fallon
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
