Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village

Cou.'toil of the Village of Plymouth, I.:innesota, was held on the 6th day of

The following members were present: k,ayor Staples,, Trustees O'Fa.11on,
Duntley,Hagen ag+en arad Hunt.
and the following members were assent: Mone.
Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 67-34
W'ti'RLr11S, through negotiations of the Police Union and the Village Council,
it has been agreed upon that effective July 1, 1967, members of the Police
Department, the Police Chief and the Building Inspector would receive salary

1. That the sum of $1,841 be transferred from the Contingency Reserve
Fund of the General Fund, account 101-49749, to the following
accounts in the General Fund, to provide appropriations for salary
adjustments for fiscal year 1967:
101-411-10 Police Salaries $1,613
101-413-10 Building Inspection Salaries 228

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee Duntley and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Irayor Staples, %* stees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the'mction: None.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adapted:
