CALLING P() PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 6
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of pltmouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 6th- day of March , 19 67.
The following members were present: MaYer Staples, Trustees O'fhllea,
Asntley, Haps sad Hunt.
and the following members were absent: Hone.

Trustee Sunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

111. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the asseseswnt of
property abutting or within +aid boundaries for all
or aportion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement " shown.
2. A public hearing x111 be held on such proposed in-
provement on the 3i'd day of April � 19 67 at
