WHEF$AS, engineers' reports o0tablisbed that it is feasible
and more economical for the City of Hopkins, and the Villages of
Plymouth, Medicine Yrake, 1iitinttoikka, Deephaven, Woodland, and Eden
Prairie in Hennepin County, to proviue for sewage treatment and
disposal, needs 4ep&r4tily 04 ate 1*oio other districts in the
Minneapolis -St. Paul metropolitan area;
AND WHEREAS, the Village of k iymouth deems that there is an
urgent need "to provide for treatmelft, and dtapodai 9f sewage in
