That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of 1s,iscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to -the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 ''feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: The North 1/2 of Lot 33 and the North 25 feet of the South 1/2 of Lot 33, Blsck 3, Shortline Acres. The motion for hhe adoption -of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; bayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt. The fallowing voted against: None. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. ST'ATF, OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY Ola HENNEPIN 55.
